Il santuario della Vergine di Lourdes si trova a La Nou de Berguedà ed è stato il primo a essere costruito in Spagna.
Fu il sacerdote Mn. Antoni Comellas, figlio di La Nou e grande devoto della Vergine di Lourdes, a volere costruire il Santuario. Iniziò con una piccola Cappella nel 1878 per collocare un'immagine della Mare de Déu di Lourdes. Ma, di fronte all'assalto di visitatori che riceveva la piccola cappella, nel 1880 fu posata con grande solennità la prima pietra dell'attuale Santuario, in stile neoclassico, che fu inaugurato nel 1885.
In pochi anni, interamente finanziato dai devoti, fu costruito l'Altare Maggiore e gli otto altari laterali (due di essi distrutti durante la guerra del '36) in stile neogotico. Nel 1915 era completamente finito.
