La Serra d'Almos è un paese nel comune di Tivissa, nella comarca catalana della Ribera d'Ebre. La popolazione conta 242 abitanti.
Costituì un comune tramite la separazione da Tivissa nel 1787, e fu nuovamente riassorbito nel 1940. Da allora, gran parte della popolazione ha mostrato un forte desiderio di separarsi da Tivissa, il che si è riflesso in vari tentativi infruttuosi di ottenere il riconoscimento politico di La Serra d'Almos come comune indipendente. Il 30 settembre 2009, il comune di Tivissa ha approvato il dossier per la creazione dell'entità municipale decentralizzata di La Serra d'Almos.
