Il fiume Deza è un fiume del nordovest della penisola iberica che scorre per la provincia di Pontevedra, Galizia, Spagna. È un affluente del fiume Ulla. Nasce nella sierra del Testeiro, nella parrocchia di Zobra, unendosi due corsi d'acqua, quello della Candosa e quello di Trasdomonte. I suoi principali affluenti sono il fiume Asneiro e il fiume Toja. Ha una lunghezza di 59,4 km e presenta un bacino idrografico di 551 km². Il deflusso assoluto alla sua foce è di 18,6 m³/s.
