Son Ferriol è un paese e un quartiere del comune di Palma, a Maiorca.
Si trova a 6 km dal centro di Palma, nel distretto di Llevant, tra Sa Creu Vermella e Son Banya. All'estremità nord-est di questo paese si può trovare il nucleo di S'Hostalot.
L'agricoltura e la pastorizia erano le fonti di ricchezza più importanti della zona di Sant Jordi e s'Horta. Nella mappa del 1785 del cardinale Despuig, vengono menzionate le proprietà di Son Ferriol, già documentate nel 1713.
