La Chiesa di Sant Agustí, un tempo convento, fu quasi completamente ristrutturata nel XVIII secolo.
La chiesa è a tre navate e sulle pareti laterali si trovano le cappelle responsabili dei fondatori, tra cui alcune note famiglie mercantili di Cadice. E' coperta da volta a botte nelle navate ea volta nelle navate laterali, su colonne con lesene tuscaniche e cupola su conchiglie nel transetto.
La facciata è in marmo tardo manierista della metà del XVII secolo . Il chiostro è formato da quattro arcate con colonne in marmo toscano; Le due parti superiori sono traforate con aperture di architrave. La pala d'altare della cappella maggiore è in stile neoclassico, in marmo, di Pedro Angel de Albizu.
Le riforme attuate nel periodo neoclassico associano le pale d'altare di questo stile a quelle dello stile barocco. Questa chiesa possiede un ricco patrimonio artistico, tra cui il Cristo de la Humildad y Paciencia attribuito a Roldana e il Cristo de la Buena Muerte attribuito da alcuni a Martínez Montañés e da altri ad Alonso Cano.
