Pontorson è un comune nel dipartimento francese della Manche nella regione della Normandia e conta 4135 abitanti. Il luogo fa parte dell'arrondissement di Avranches. Il 1° gennaio 1973 il comune si fuse con Ardevon, Beauvoir, Boucey, Cormeray, Curey, Moidrey e Les Pas. Il 1° gennaio 1989 Beauvoir tornò a essere un comune autonomo. Il 1° gennaio 2016 i comuni di Macey e Vessey furono soppressi e incorporati a Pontorson.
