Il territorio del comune di Breglio appartiene geograficamente alla regione fisica italiana, come tutta la Valle della Roia. È un villaggio del sud-est della Francia a 61 chilometri da Nizza ed a 34 km da Mentone, a 24 km da Ventimiglia ed a 39 km dalla stazione sciistica di Limone Piemonte.
