La cattedrale di Nostra Signora dell'Annunciazione è il principale luogo di culto cattolico di Le Puy-en-Velay, nel dipartimento dell'Alta Loira. La chiesa, sede del vescovo di Le Puy-en-Velay, è monumento storico di Francia dal 1862, ricca di affreschi del romanico francese.È stata un centro di pellegrinaggio fin dal medioevo, oltre ad essere situata sulla Via Podiensis, una delle antiche vie di pellegrinaggio verso Santiago di Compostela. Dal 1998 è parte delle Strade francesi per Santiago di Compostela, che comprende sette strade e 71 monumenti dichiarati patrimonio dell'umanità dall'UNESCO.
