Lasciamo Carpentras verso est, lungo la Porta di Mazan. Una volta su Avenue du Mont Ventoux giriamo immediatamente a destra e subito a sinistra su Chemin de la Lègue. Un po' più avanti, attraversiamo il canale di Carpentras.
Immediatamente, siamo di nuovo fuori città. Passiamo di nuovo davanti alle vigne. A sinistra in lontananza si trova il Mont Ventoux.
Alla fine, arriviamo alla D4, la strada principale da Carpentras a Venasque e Apt. Seguiamo questa strada per 200 metri e poi giriamo a destra su una strada sterrata. Dopo 100 metri, passiamo una fattoria e un po' più avanti tra le serre e gli alberi da frutto, la strada gira leggermente a destra.
Sulla strada principale, andiamo a sinistra e attraversiamo la rotonda. 250 metri dopo Serres, giriamo a destra su un'altra strada sterrata. Passiamo accanto a qualche fattoria e alla fine di questa strada siamo quasi tornati alla casa vacanze che ora è in diagonale a destra.
