L'Espiatet "il luogo da cui si può vedere". Affacciato sul piccolo borgo medievale di Borce, nella valle di Aspe e sul suo Parco degli Orsi con i veri orsi dei Pirenei. La casa si trova a 5 minuti dal favoloso Fort du Portalet, a 20 minuti dalla Spagna e dalle sue stazioni sciistiche e alle porte del Parco Nazionale dei Pirenei con il suo rifugio e il lago di Arlet
L'espiatet si trova sulla tappa del GR10, Lescun-Borce. Dalla terrazza esposta a sud, proprio di fronte, si vede il massiccio del Sesque e, poco più avanti sulla destra, l'inizio del sentiero del Mâture.
