La cappella della Visitazione, talvolta chiamata cappella delle visitandine, è una cappella situata nel vecchio Besançon. Appartiene al priorato della Santa Famiglia di Digione, a sua volta dipendente della Fraternità sacerdotale San Pio X. Questa cappella dell'ex convento delle visitandine bisontine fu costruita nel XVII secolo e fu acquistata, nell'estate del 2016, dalla FSSPX. In precedenza, questa cappella faceva parte della facoltà di Lettere. Le funzioni della società di sacerdoti si tengono in un luogo di culto attrezzato in rue Lyautey fino al termine dei lavori di ristrutturazione.
