Il Théâtre des Carmes di Condom propone ogni anno un programma variegato per tutti i tipi di pubblico. Concerti, opere teatrali, opera, musica, spettacoli per grandi e piccini... ce n'è per tutti i gusti!

Con una facciata e un tetto classificati come "Monuments Historiques" in stile rinascimentale, questo monumento del XVII secolo è stato prima la chiesa carmelitana adiacente al convento, poi un negozio di alimentari e infine una locanda, prima di diventare un teatro.
Il teatro aprì le porte al pubblico per la prima volta nel 1904, dopo che la città aveva acquistato l'edificio nel 1902. Il 3 e 4 luglio 1904 ospitò il suo primo spettacolo. Il sindaco Fernand Larnaude ha inaugurato l'edificio e si è congratulato con gli architetti Damière, Gervais e Corau. Intorno al 1935, il Théâtre de Condom è stato ristrutturato per ospitare un cinema. E fino al 1940, il cinema-teatro faceva il tutto esaurito ad ogni spettacolo ogni fine settimana.
Oggi il teatro è aperto al pubblico durante gli spettacoli.
