Downton è un villaggio e una parrocchia civile sul fiume Avon nel Wiltshire meridionale, Inghilterra, a circa 6 miglia a sud-est della città di Salisbury. La parrocchia si trova al confine della contea con l'Hampshire ed è vicino al Nuovo Bosco; include i villaggi di Wick e Charlton-All-Saints e il piccolo insediamento antico di Witherington. La tenuta di Trafalgar Park ha cancellato il precedente insediamento di Standlynch. La chiesa parrocchiale, Trafalgar House e altre due case sono elencate come Grade I.
