L'ospedale di Cannock Chase è un ospedale comunitario a Cannock Chase, nello Staffordshire. È gestito dal Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust.
La struttura ha le sue origini in un'infermeria costruita per il Cannock Chase Workhouse nel 1870. L'infermeria fu completamente ricostruita nel 1902. Questa struttura si unì al Servizio Sanitario Nazionale nel 1948 come Chase Hospital. L'attuale ospedale, che ha sostituito il vecchio Chase Hospital ed era gestito dal Mid Staffordshire NHS Trust, è stato completato nel 1991. Nell'ottobre 2014 è stato annunciato che l'ospedale di Cannock Chase sarebbe stato trasferito alla gestione del Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust.
