La stazione di Pallini è situata nella striscia mediana dell'autostrada Attiki Odos a ovest del sobborgo di Pallini ad Atene, nella parte orientale dell'Attica. Questa stazione è stata aperta per la prima volta ai treni Proastiakos il 30 luglio 2004, con i servizi della metropolitana di Atene che fermano in questa stazione a partire da settembre 2006.
I binari della stazione hanno due livelli, con ciascun estremo che serve treni della metropolitana di Atene o Proastiakos: i treni della linea Proastiakos Kiato-Aeroporto fermano all'estremità settentrionale mentre i treni della Metropolitana di Atene Linea 3 fermano all'estremità meridionale. A partire dal 2013, la stazione è servita da tre treni Proastiakos all'ora per l'aeroporto, due per Ano Liosia e uno per Kiato.
