Il Parco della Valle di Tolka è un parco pubblico sul fiume Tolka, che si estende nei sobborghi di Ashtown, Finglas e Glasnevin, a Dublino, Irlanda.
Copre circa 50 ettari, sezioni del parco sono state realizzate su un ex discarica cittadina, mentre la parte orientale del parco si trova sui terreni dell'ex Finglaswood House. Alcune delle aree boschive del parco sono state piantate nel 2011, mentre le sezioni di zone umide del parco sono state sviluppate nel 1999. Queste "zone umide costruite integrate" sono state realizzate all'incrocio tra il Torrente Finglaswood e il fiume Tolka, e progettate per migliorare la qualità dell'acqua e ridurre l'inquinamento nel corso d'acqua. Sezioni del fiume Tolka, all'interno del parco, sono state popolate con salmoni e trote.
