Sesto è un comune italiano di 1 860 abitanti della provincia autonoma di Bolzano in Trentino-Alto Adige.
È situato al di là dello spartiacque alpino, poiché è attraversato dal Rio Sesto che, dopo aver attraversato la Val di Sesto, confluisce nella vicina San Candido nella Drava, affluente del Danubio. È il comune più orientale della regione Trentino-Alto Adige, al confine con il Veneto. Nel paese è ubicata la stazione meteorologica di Sesto.
