Ceglie Messapica è un comune italiano di 18 702 abitanti della provincia di Brindisi in Puglia. La cittadina vanta il riconoscimento di città d'arte e terra di gastronomia.
Il territorio comunale si estende per 132,02 km2 nella parte meridionale dell'altopiano delle Murge tra la Valle d'Itria e il Salento, in una zona collinare al confine con la pianura salentina chiamata Soglia messapica. Il comune si trova a 31 km da Taranto e a circa 35 km da Brindisi; confina con Ostuni , Martina Franca , Villa Castelli , Francavilla Fontana e San Michele Salentino .
