Il duomo di Sansepolcro è la chiesa cattolica più antica e importante della città di Sansepolcro, già cattedrale dell'omonima diocesi fino al 1986, quando divenne concattedrale della nuova diocesi di Arezzo-Cortona-Sansepolcro. È monumento nazionale italiano.
L'attuale concattedrale, un tempo chiesa abbaziale e successivamente cattedrale , sorge approssimativamente sul luogo ove nel X secolo fu fondato il primo monastero benedettino, passato alla congregazione camaldolese nel corso del XII secolo.
