Grottaglie è un comune italiano di 30 608 abitanti della provincia di Taranto in Puglia, elevato a città con Decreto del Presidente della Repubblica dell'11 ottobre 1997.
Nota per la produzione di ceramiche artistiche e per la produzione di uva da tavola. Sorge a valle della Murgia meridionale, al confine con la provincia di Brindisi.
