Calatafimi Segesta è un comune italiano di 6 146 abitanti del libero consorzio comunale di Trapani in Sicilia.
Situato fra le colline dell'agro segestano, il paese, più conosciuto con l'originario nome di Calatafimi, ha assunto la denominazione attuale soltanto nel 1997 grazie a una legge regionale presentata dall'allora sindaco e presidente dell'Assemblea regionale siciliana Nicolò Cristaldi, in quanto nel suo territorio è ricompreso il sito archeologico di Segesta.
