I Monti Iblei sono un altopiano montuoso,di origine tettonica, localizzato nella parte sud-orientale della Sicilia, compresa tra il libero consorzio comunale di Ragusa, il libero consorzio comunale di Siracusa e in minima parte nella città metropolitana di Catania. Il monte Lauro, posto al confine tra il siracusano e il ragusano, è la cima più alta, con un'altezza di 987 m s.l.m. Altre cime elevate della catena sono monte Casale e monte Arcibessi .
