La diocesi di Latina-Terracina-Sezze-Priverno è una sede della Chiesa cattolica in Italia immediatamente soggetta alla Santa Sede e appartenente alla regione ecclesiastica Lazio. Nel 2016 contava 323.214 battezzati su 336.474 abitanti. È retta dal vescovo Mariano Crociata.
Il territorio della diocesi è compreso completamente nella provincia di Latina e occupa in prevalenza l'area dell'Agro Pontino e dei Monti Lepini per un totale di 17 comuni. Confina a nord con la sede suburbicaria di Velletri-Segni e la sede suburbicaria di Albano, ad est con la diocesi di Anagni-Alatri e la diocesi di Frosinone-Veroli-Ferentino, a sud-est con l'arcidiocesi di Gaeta.
