Il tempio nazionale a Maria Madre e Regina è un santuario mariano cattolico a nord della città di Trieste, è conosciuto dai triestini come il "formaggino" per la sua forma triangolare, posta all'altitudine di 330 metri sul monte Grisa , da dove si ha una vista spettacolare della città e del golfo.
