La Loggia della Signoria è un monumento storico di Firenze, che si trova in piazza della Signoria a destra di Palazzo Vecchio e accanto agli Uffizi, i quali vi si innestano sul retro con una terrazza proprio sulla sommità della loggia.
Viene chiamata anche Loggia dei Lanzi non tanto perché qui pare che si accamparono i lanzichenecchi nel 1527 di passaggio verso Roma, ma perché il Corpo di Guardia del Granduca Cosimo I, che alloggiava sotto la Loggia, era in parte composto da lanzichenecchi. Un'altra interpretazione ritiene che il nome derivi dalle lance quali armi usate dalla Guardia del Granduca.
