Questo palazzo è dopo Palazzo Pretorio il più grande palazzo di Certaldo ed è composto dal palazzo stesso, 2 torri medievali e un cortile dove nel Medioevo si svolgeva il mercato settimanale. Il palazzo fu costruito nel XIV secolo.
Oggi Palazzo Stiozzi Ridolfi è un'elegante struttura con nuovissimi appartamenti di charme che conservano ancora le caratteristiche storiche e architettoniche.
