La torre di Palazzo Pellari è una delle quattordici torri principali di San Gimignano e si trova in Piazza Pecori.
L'esatta data di costruzione della torre è sconosciuta, ma un documento la colloca prima del 1237. La torre ha una semplice forma parallelepipeda con copertura piramidale; non ha finestre sulla piazza ed è coperta dal filaretto.
Il Palazzo Pellari si distingue per la facciata in mattoni con decorazione a corridoio. Al piano terra, invece, presenta un rivestimento in pietra, tagliato in blocchi ben profilati, al di sopra del quale si aprono due portali ad archi ribassati.
