Questo imponente palazzo fu costruito nel 1697 dai baroni di Favarotta e può certamente essere considerato uno dei più imponenti e belli edifici civili costruiti nel Settecento ad Alcamo.
Al piano terra vi sono otto ingressi , di cui uno al centro molto riccamente decorato. Il portale è in travertino e il balcone centrale è ricco di decorazioni barocche. In alto è presente lo stemma della famiglia Fraccia , un cuore trafitto sovrastato da una corona.
