Questo edificio barocco con il caratteristico portale ad arco lucchese è una costruzione del XV secolo , come si deduce dall'arco ribassato a destra del portale.
Lo scalone è in stile gotico-catalano con caratteristici gradini con nicchie nel cortile. Suggestivo è il balcone , sorretto da possenti mensole in pietra riccamente decorate con motivi barocchi e volti umani, che si trova sul lato est dell'edificio.
