La chiesa di San Giacomo Maggiore è un edificio religioso a Bocholtz, nel comune di Simpelveld nella parte meridionale dei Paesi Bassi, in Limburgo. La chiesa si trova nel centro di Bocholtz, in Kerkstraat.
Nel 1373 venne menzionata per la prima volta una cappella. Questa cappella dipendeva dalla chiesa di Simpelveld. Durante gli scavi a nord dell'attuale chiesa sono state trovate le fondamenta di un edificio a navata unica con un coro chiuso a destra di dimensioni minori. Attorno a queste fondamenta si trovano anche le fondamenta di un edificio più grande risalente al tardo medioevo.
