La caserma Van Heutsz è una ex caserma situata in Oudestraat 216 nella città olandese di Kampen. La caserma prende il nome da Joannes Benedictus van Heutsz, un ufficiale dell'esercito olandese che nel 1900 fu nominato tenente generale.
Kampen rappresentava un importante anello nella difesa della IJssellinie, poiché disponeva di uno dei pochi collegamenti stabili attraverso le rive. Tuttavia, la caserma Van Heutsz non era l'unica caserma a Kampen. A causa della sua posizione strategica, Kampen aveva tre caserme all'interno dei suoi confini cittadini.
