Il canale Johan Frisokanaal è un canale in Frisia. Il canale collega il IJsselmeer tramite la chiusa Johan Frisosluis presso Stavoren con il canale Prinses Margrietkanaal, dove si congiunge a est di Hommerts, appena a nord del lago Koevordermeer. Il canale è una via d'acqua molto trafficata, sia per navi merci che per imbarcazioni da diporto, queste ultime soprattutto in estate. Tra il canale Prinses Margrietkanaal e Stavoren, il canale attraversa quattro laghi, vale a dire: il Heegermeer, che si congiunge con i Fluessen, De Holken e infine la Morra.
