Cinque aule classi rivolte a est – il sole del mattino - e un tranquillo cortile formano con il laboratorio, distribuito su tre piani, la massa edilizia più grande. Le aule sono separate da un corridoio dal rumore della strada. Notevoli sono le moderne finestre a nastro con profili in acciaio. L'uso del vetro tra le aule e il corridoio ha consentito che la luce entrasse nell'edificio sia dalla facciata principale che dalla facciata posteriore. La facciata principale dell'edificio è determinata da questa massa edilizia e dalla scala. Inoltre, la parte verticale in vetro non corrisponde con la scala. Nel 1997 W. Arets ha ristrutturato l'edificio in uffici, riuscendo a creare un edificio per uffici senza intaccare l'architettura originale.
