Withuis è un villaggio nel comune di Eijsden-Margraten, nella Limburgia neerlandese, al confine con il Belgio vicino a Wezet. Il villaggio ha circa 65 abitanti.
Withuis è uno dei luoghi più a sud dei Paesi Bassi. Il villaggio si trova lungo l'autostrada A2 ed è composto da due strade: l'antica strada statale e una strada senza uscita. Withuis confina a sud con il villaggio belga di Moelingen e a nord con Eijsden. Lato belga del confine si trovano alcune case, che in realtà fanno parte del villaggio. Queste case appartenevano fino al 1977 al comune di Moelingen e da allora al comune di Voeren.
