Serooskerke è un piccolo villaggio sull'isola e nel comune di Schouwen-Duiveland, nella provincia olandese della Zelanda. Il villaggio aveva 265 abitanti al 1 gennaio 2021. Il villaggio ha la forma di un villaggio ad anello e comprende quattro strade che si estendono dalla piazza della chiesa. Il villaggio viene menzionato per la prima volta nel XIII secolo come Sheralardskindskerke, fondato dai figli di un certo signore Alard. Attraverso la scrittura Tseroirtskercke nel XV secolo, questo è diventato infine Serooskerke.
