Giersbergen è una frazione a sud di Drunen nel comune di Heusden nella provincia olandese del Brabante Settentrionale. Conta 28 abitanti ed è situata sul lato nord del Parco Nazionale De Loonse en Drunense Duinen.
Giersbergen nasce a metà del XIII secolo. In una copia di un atto, conservato nella Biblioteca Reale di Bruxelles, il lettore trova come data alla fine l'anno 1244: Datum anno Domini millesimo ducentesimo quadragesimo quarto. L'atto descrive come Hendrik van Herentals, scoltetto di 's-Hertogenbosch, su ordine di Hendrik II, duca di Brabante, trasferisce 150 bunder di terreno all'abbazia di Ter Kameren in cambio del pagamento di un censo annuale. L'abbazia ottiene anche il diritto di godere dei terreni comuni dell'allodino Drunen.
