Il Pannenhoef è un'area naturale di circa 706 ha situata tra Zundert, Etten-Leur e Rijsbergen nella provincia di Noord-Brabant ed è di proprietà della Fondazione Brabants Landschap. Nell'area, che è per gran parte composta da boschi misti, ci sono undici stagni e alcune residue zone di brughiera con un'importante valore naturale. Vi nidificano numerosi uccelli, tra cui il picchio verde e il biancone.
In quest'area è stata estratta torba dal XIV al XVII secolo.
Camminando, passerete accanto a diversi pali di torba. I pali di torba sono opere d'arte in acciaio che fanno riferimento alla storia della torba.
Ogni piccolo palo tratta un tema specifico. I pali grandi indicano lo spessore della torba estratta e contengono anche una bella poesia.
All'inizio della passeggiata passerete accanto a una ex via di trasporto della torba.
