Olszyna [ɔlˈʂɨna] è un villaggio nel comune rurale di Trzebiel nel Powiat Żarski nella voivodato polacca di Lebus. Il luogo è conosciuto soprattutto per la sua posizione presso il posto di confine Forst–Olszyna. Olszyna si trova nella Bassa Lusazia, immediatamente al confine con la Germania. La città di Żary si trova a circa 25 chilometri a est e la città di Cottbus a circa 30 chilometri a nord-ovest del villaggio. I villaggi circostanti sono Kałki a est, Bukowina a sud e i villaggi situati in Germania, Bahren a sud-ovest, Raden a ovest e Klein Bademeusel a nord-ovest. A nord di Olszyna ci sono vaste aree forestali, a ovest scorre la Neiße Lusaziana.
