Il Monumento all'Esistenza Bimillenaria della Città di Braga, noto come "Movimento Perpetuo" , è stato inaugurato ed eretto il 24 giugno 2000 dal Consiglio Comunale di Braga in occasione del 2000º anniversario della fondazione di Bracara Augusta.
Si trova sul colle Cividade, uno dei siti più importanti e dove si trovano la maggior parte delle tracce del periodo romano.
Il monumento in cemento, progettato dall'artista e scultore Pedro Cabrita Reis, rappresenta una replica di un acquedotto romano costituito da tre archi a tutto sesto sostenuti da tre pilastri, ogni pilastro con due colonne rotonde e rettangolari disposte in modo irregolare.
