La strada Phet Kasem nel sottodistritto di Na Kha del distretto di Suk Samran nella provincia di Ranong. La strada Phet Kasem o Thailand Route 4 è una delle quattro autostrade principali della Thailandia, insieme alla Phahonyothin Road (Route 1), alla Mittraphap Road (Route 2) e alla Sukhumvit Road (Route 3). Con i suoi 1.274 km, è l'autostrada più lunga della Thailandia. Inizia al ponte Naowa Chamnian a Bangkok Yai, Bangkok. Prende nome da Luang Phet Kasemwithisawasdi, il settimo direttore generale del Dipartimento delle Autostrade. Le province lungo la strada sono Samut Sakhon, Nakhon Pathom, Ratchaburi, Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Ranong, Surat Thani, Phang Nga, Krabi, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Trang, Phatthalung e Songkhla, collegate all'Autostrada Nord-Sud (NSE) della Malesia al valico di Sadao e al valico di Bukit Kayu Hitam. Tre sezioni dell'autostrada sono anche l'Autostrada asiatica AH2: Da Nakhon Pathom a Chumphon; Da Phatthalung a Ban Khu Ha e da Hat Yai al confine con la Malesia, dove si collega all'Autostrada Nord-Sud (Malesia).
