Noen Oraphim è un edificio in rovina situato a est di Prasat Hin Phanom Wan. La struttura rettangolare misurava 24 x 42 metri su una base alta 1,6 metri costruita in laterite. L'edificio risale alla metà del X secolo fino alla metà dell'XI secolo d.C. ed era probabilmente un padiglione per il re per prepararsi prima di entrare nel santuario di Prasat Hin Phanom Wan.
