Skull and Bones è una società segreta studentesca dell'università di Yale, in Connecticut, formata da quindici senior scelti l'anno accademico precedente.
È la più antica fra associazioni analoghe presenti a Yale, essendo stata fondata nel 1832 durante la presidenza di Andrew Jackson. La Russell Trust Association, composta dagli ex-membri, ne amministra il patrimonio immobiliare e la gestione organizzativa. Skull and Bones è colloquialmente chiamata «Bones» e i suoi appartenenti «Bonesmen». Per via del suo carattere riservato e di un elevato numero di illustri ex-appartenenti, è stata citata in varie teorie del complotto.
