Tauplitz is een gemeente in de Oostenrijkse deelstaat Stiermarken, en maakt deel uit van het district Liezen.Tauplitz telt 1012 inwoners. Het dorp kijkt uit over de berg Grimming en huisvest samen met het naburige dorp Bad Mitterndorf een van de vijf skivliegschansen ter wereld. De Tauplitzalm biedt wandel- en skimogelijkheden.
