De Leitha Bergen of, minder vaak, Leitha Heuvels, zijn een heuvelrug in Oostenrijk gelegen op de grens tussen Neder-Oostenrijk en Burgenland. De keten is een zijtak van de Alpen en vormt een verbinding met de Karpaten in het noorden. Het is een kam van ongeveer 35 km lang en 5-7 km breed langs de zuidoostelijke rand van het Wenenbekken van Brucker Pforte in het noordoosten tot Wiener Neustädter Pforte in het zuidwesten. De keten ligt ten zuidoosten van de Leitha-rivier en wordt beschouwd als deel van de Randgebirge östlich der Mur divisie van de Oostelijke Alpen. De hoogste piek, Sonnenberg, ligt 484 m boven zeeniveau.
