Het kasteel van Bouillon is een middeleeuwse burcht die toebehoorde aan Godfried van Bouillon, die het kasteel verkocht om er zijn deelname aan de eerste kruistocht mee te financiëren.
De burcht is een van de meest mysterieuze van België. Hij is zeer goed bewaard en doet erg natuurlijk aan omdat je soms nauwelijks het verschil ziet tussen gemetste een in de rotsen uitgehakte muren. Je hebt zeker een uur tijd nodig om alle gangen, steile trappen, zalen, torens en spelonken te verkennen. In de zomer kan je een valkeniershow bijwonen.
