In dit complex, waar hop vroeger werd gewogen, gekeurd en gestapeld, kom je alles te weten over de geschiedenis van de hopplant, de veldwerken, de hopoogst en de toepassingsvormen. Bewonder er dé Belgische biercollectie met meer dan 2000 bieren, verzameld in één lange muurkast en gedigitaliseerd in de 'biertafel'.
