Het Stedelijk Museum van Hoogstraten is gelegen op één van de mooiste begijnhoven van Vlaanderen. Het begijnhof van Hoogstraten ontstond in de 14de eeuw en is UNESCO-werelderfgoed. In de vaste opstelling wordt de Hoogstraatse stadsgeschiedenis en de prehistorie gepresenteerd. Jaarlijks worden vier tijdelijke tentoonstellingen georganiseerd rond kunst en erfgoed.
