Modernistisch getint appartementsgebouw uit 1936 naar ontwerp van architect F. Roussel (Westende) uit 1935. Vier bouwlagen onder plat dak. Rode baksteenbouw met arduinen plint; beraapt en witbeschilderd op verdiepingen. Geritmeerd gevelvlak onder meer door middel van risalieten en doorlopende erkers onder luifels; overstekende vlakke kroonlijst. Rechthoekige vensterregisters onder meer omlopend; horizontaliserende roedeverdeling; geprononceerde onderdorpels. Rondboogdeur waarboven trapregister met bas-reliëf met boot.
