Saint-Georges-sur-Meuse is een plaats en gemeente in de provincie Luik, België. De gemeente telt ruim 6500 inwoners.
In oppervlakte is het een van de grootste gemeenten in België waarvan de administratieve grenzen tijdens de fusiegolf van 1976 onveranderd bleven. Naast het centrum zijn er nog acht kernen: Warfusée, Dommartin, Warfée, Yernawe, Stockay, Sur-les-Bois, Tincelle en La Mallieue. Stockay, Sur-les-Bois en vooral La Mallieue zijn gekenmerkt door de industrie; de andere kernen hebben hun landelijke karakter behouden. Dommartin ligt op de oude heerweg Tongeren-Aarlen, nu Chaussée Verte genoemd. Op 5 juni 2016 gebeurde er een spoorwegongeval waarbij 3 doden en 9 zwaargewonden vielen.
