De Sint-Jans-Baptistkerk is een kerk in gotische en barokstijl gelegen in Werchter, een deelgemeente van de Belgische gemeente Rotselaar in de provincie Vlaams-Brabant.
De bouw van het gotische koor begon in 1439, maar het koor is diep verbouwd in de 16e eeuw. Het noordelijk zijschip dateert ook uit de 15e eeuw.
